I've been reading and reading, and playing Syberia, and reading. I need to write, because being proud that I finished a sex scene doesn't really hold up three days later, so, yeah. It's at 17.1 k now, omgsoooooslow. Also, after reading Keltie's blog entry, it makes me want to write Ryan very, very fucked up in the no self worth at all way. I'll try not to, but eh, you know.

I feel strangely betrayed, which is so stupid, but I can't help it. I look at my Brendon/Ryan fic and wonder if they're not friends anymore...

murgh. It's hot, and I'm stuck working inside a stuffy library, hauling a whole lot of books back and forth. My jeans can almost stand by themselves by now.

I've been working on segues in the story, and repairing stuff that my beta told me to. Called my grandma yesterday and told her I was writing again, and she was like, I want to read it! I said I had to finish it first. I will actually let her read it, if she wants to, after I warn her about the gay kinky vampire erotica, that is.

Weekend ftw. I shelved the ghosts section and the love section where they're supposed to be at work, and then Linda weeded some english fiction, which I packed into a box. We worked a bit on the excitement section (whatever - adventures and thrillers and whatnot), I wrote about 400 words, and then we went home and I wrote some more. Linda is napping for another half hour, and then she's going to make us chicken and couscous.

Rest of the weekend was mostly gaming and reading. The majority of that bandom big bang. I got stuck on the writing, because I thought my original idea for a scene wasn't good enough, but now I started on that one anyways. If I fiddle with it enough, it'll look real? Eh. Right.

Boss brought strawberries today. I just finished them right now, and am going home in five.

Just got home from a night with H and sushigirl101 (on lj). I really do love them. So nice to be with, and no pretending or censoring.

It's already getting light. Birds are chirping. I guess sleep sounds like a good thing.

Uh, still 11.6k. Not so much progress. Still thinking about what to do with first scene with three ppl in it.

It is time. For physical labor. Hurray.

I decided on not bringing Linda in for a couple of days yet. I won't have time to do the stuff I'm doing with her, anyway. Today and tomorrow is all excessively physical work. With lifting. And sweat. (frowny face goes here)

11k on story yesterday. Phone calls going well, but I must take care not to escalate things into a real fight, since I kind of want them to continue to be best friends.

Oh, and if you haven't seen them, the Mary Poppins remix and the Alice in Wonderland remix are wonderful things. So cleverly made. By this guy.

Omg sleepy. I want to go home and sleeeeep. School's out today, so no more visitors yay, but gah, it's going to be boring the next few weeks. And I can't even skive off and work less, because boss is going to be here to "keep me company". agh. Anyways, next week is going to be insanely busy, I'm sure. Quasi boss L leaves today, but I'll have co worker K and some other random guy Monday and Tuesday to help dismantling shelves, and they'll be stapling fabric backsides to the wall of shelves we're building against the wall of windows. I hate dismantling and building shelves. I always hurt my fingers.

Got to 9.5k yesterday. I seriously need to write some Spencer now.

Still working on the stupid conversation. Trying to make it *real* and not all pat and perfect. Because I hate things that aren't emotionally true. Arrrgh, hard. 8.9k.

Oh my GOD Bandom Big Bang is cranking out more stories than I can read help help!

In writing news, I hope I didn't just ruin my story, because argh, I don't want it to be *all* about the kink, and I think the conversation they just had kind of... makes it all about the kink. Add to this my complete inability to do the misunderstanding thing that works so well, because I feel horrified at them not understanding each other, and grrr, it'll just be them fitting ohsowell together and that just, it doesn't really make a good story... I *am* introducing Spencer soon, and I guess, maybe the complicated threesome-ish thing might make it better? (I hate hate hate rewriting, and I bet longer stories makes you have to do that a lot more than shorter ones, oh woe).

Linda, btw, I just totally got you 40 hours of paid work. You can thank me and squee now. :)

Fic at 7.5k, which is great, but at the same time, I'm realizing that it's going to end up being at least 25k, which is... really really fucking long for me, and is going to take a while to crank out. I very much hope that I won't lose interest or anything. Probably I won't - I have the first bite scene done, which turned out pretty sexy, and my mind is like, oh my god, so many more possibilities! I'm afraid I'll just end up writing *all* the sex I want to read, ever. Which would be, um, a lot. What I'm saying is, I'd love so much to just be able to read this fic, without having to go to all the trouble of writing it first. Yeah. *sigh*

Bandom big bang is posting. 5 fics today, I think, and the only one I haven't managed to read is the gen one, which is a shame, because I do love super hero aus. I just. I like the NC17 even more, you know?
